ELSC Teams
Welcome to the ELSC Teams section of our site. Here, you will find a host of valuable information related to both Recreational and CASL teams, from printable roster sheets and game schedules, to photo galleries where you can find your favorite ELSC star. Use the quick links located in the blue menu field on the right side of this page to find what you are looking for.
The ELSC hosts teams for the following age groups:
- Co-ed Kindergarten classes are offered in fall and spring.
- Co-ed instructional league teams for children in first grade.
- The recreational program forms single gender teams for second grade through 8th grades.
- The ELSC also fields teams in a more competitive atmosphere in the Capital Area Soccer League (CASL).
Player Commitment
By registering with the East Lansing Soccer Club, each player is promising to abide by league and club rules, to at all times employ good sportsmanship and common sense, and to participate and contribute to the best of his or her ability. This includes a promise to attend every scheduled practice and every game. Attendance is not optional: players who miss practice do not develop individually and impeded the progress of the team as a whole. Players who miss games impose a hardship on their fellow players who are counting on full participation. This commitment is elevated for the competitive/CASL teams, where limited roster space is available. If your player or family is not able to honor this commitment, there may be other players who did not make the team but are able to make that commitment. A player with unexcused absences and/or chronic tardiness may be removed from his or her team. In such an event, the Club will refund a pro-rated portion of registration fees, but in no circumstance will the Club reimburse for uniform purchases.
